3-Month Jewelry Warranty

We offer a 3-month warranty on all our jewelry pieces. It’s important to differentiate between manufacturing defects, natural wear and tear, and accidental damage. A manufacturing defect refers to structural flaws in the piece, such as a ring band separating from the head or porosity in the metal that weakens durability. These defects typically become noticeable soon after wearing. Natural wear and tear, on the other hand, occurs over time as jewelry requires care and maintenance. While materials like Titanium stainless steel are durable, they are not indestructible, and the level of upkeep varies based on individual wear and design.

If your jewelry is damaged due to mishandling or accidental wear, it will not be covered under the warranty. After the 3-month period, warranty coverage ends, but we do offer repair services. If you need a repair, please email support@noorjewelsco.com with your order number, photos, and request, and we will provide a repair quote.

Most minor repairs cost approximately CAD $20.00.
